Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance testing
- Perform functional and non-functional testing, integration
- Responsible for designing test cases and formulating structured test strategies
- Execute the test plans
- Formulating and specifying test plans, using software tools for testing and bug tracking (JIRA)
- Test software releases and developer fixes
- Provide feedback to software development team on defects

Knowledge and experience:
- Working knowledge of testing Web applications and CRM product, API & Databases.
- 2+ years experience in software testing.
- Experience in all phases of the QA cycle (e.g. requirements analysis, test case identification, test scripts authoring, execution, defect tracking, status, reporting of results)
- Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Oral/written communication skills in English

Nice to have:
- Knowledge in automated testing tools at both the API and UI level
- Experience working with Linux and/or Unix Operating Systems a plus
- Experience using SQL, XML, JavaScript a plus
- Experience working in an Agile development environment a plus
- Previous programming or white box testing experience a plus
