PAS Ivano-Frankivsk are looking for: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT Nr. Ref. PAS/PD/03/19 Responsibility: Ensuring correct postings and invoicing Preparation of financial statements Confirmation of balances Correct payroll calculation until 6th and 21st day of each month Monitoring of the accounts in accordance with the principles of the Accounting Act Comply with legal regulations regarding taxes and social security as well as ISO procedures Supervision of accounting team Preparation for tax audits and inspections; Preparation of reports and analyses for the needs of tax and financial reporting Tasks: Posting of cost invoices and internal settlements Issuing of invoices Reconciling balances Receivables monitoring Individual preparation and signing of tax returns Closing the month by the end of the fifth business day of the next month Ensuring correct and punctual payroll calculation Participation and supervision in the process of inventories of current assets Participation in accounting for the closing of individual reporting periods Participation in accounting for the closing of the financial year Preparation of reports, declarations and reports in accordance with legal requirements and at the request of superiors Cooperation with external institutions, auditors, leasing companies and banks 5S in the workplace - introduction, maintenance Compliance with internal regulations, health and safety at work rules Care for order in the workplace Care for the property of the workplace Compliance with the ISO procedures Performing other supervisor commands Experiences Fluent knowledge of accounting rules and tax rules Completed qualification courses Knowledge of English or German at a good level Min 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international company Knowledge of MS Office, 1C, SAP Higher education from the area of Economics, Accounting, Finance Our offer Employment in an enterprise with a market position based on an employment contract Attractive remuneration Possibility of raising qualifications through internal and external training Work in a friendly team Laptop Mobile phone
